2. Account Usage
To access platform features, you must establish a secure credential profile. You agree to provide accurate information and are entirely responsible for safeguarding your license credentials. You must immediately notify Anvil Leads of any unauthorized license actions or security breaches. One subscription is allocated strictly to the designated purchaser unless an agency/multi-seat plan is actively acquired.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Anvil Leads charges recurring subscription fees for continued service access. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection. Subscriptions automatically renew under the same parameters unless canceled. All billing transactions are routed securely through third-party payment processors. Subscriptions are subject to applicable regional taxes.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use Anvil Leads strictly in compliance with applicable local and international regulations. You are prohibited from:
- Engaging in spam, phishing, or sending bulk, unsolicited outreach messages in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or related communication mandates.
- Overloading public registers or third-party mapping directory APIs via aggressive automated request frequencies.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary database structures from our desktop application files.
- Sharing or leasing license tokens to unauthorized parties.
5. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

We do not represent or guarantee that the opportunity details, contact information, hiring intent signals, or audited website components are 100% accurate, complete, or up-to-date. All signals, audit scores, and revenue leakage estimations are provided on an "as-is" basis for informational strategy purposes. We assume no liability for errors or actions taken based on these outputs.
6. Intellectual Property
The software, visual styling interfaces, logo animations, algorithms, design systems, and database schemas remain the exclusive intellectual property of Anvil Leads. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize the application for your internal client acquisition workflow during your active subscription period.
7. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your user dashboard profile settings. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, at which point access to premium searches and cloud APIs will terminate. Refund requests are handled case-by-case at the sole discretion of our billing support desk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anvil Leads and its team shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your utilization or inability to utilize the platform, even if notified of such possibilities.
9. Termination
We reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account access immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in automated abuse patterns, fail to pay subscription dues, or act in a manner that threatens platform infrastructure or security.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. The updated terms will be published on this page, and by continuing to use the software after updates are posted, you accept the new covenants.
