1. Information We Collect
Anvil Leads is designed as an Opportunity Intelligence system. We collect information necessary to deliver and optimize our desktop application, web services, and marketing interactions:
- Account and Registration Info: Email address, name, billing details, and API configuration selections when configuring your service profile.
- Usage Log Data: General analytics, including scan completion statistics, configuration actions, and error reports, transmitted anonymously to optimize app performance.
- Local Database Files: Any opportunity signals, localized audits, business coordinates, or outreach templates generated by the user are stored strictly on the user's local hardware (SQLite file format) and are not collected by our cloud servers.
2. How We Use Information
The data we collect is utilized strictly to provide our services and support client operations:
- To authenticate account status, access plans, and manage billing profiles.
- To generate personalized, context-based email or chat templates using your selected language models via Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) interfaces.
- To provide customer support and troubleshoot application anomalies.
- To prevent fraud, verify license compliance, and ensure overall platform security.
4. Google Analytics Usage
We utilize Google Analytics tools to gather telemetry regarding site visits, referral sources, and button clicks. This information helps us gauge ROI and interest in specific tool highlights (such as opportunity scans or calculators). Google Analytics processes user data anonymously, omitting personal identity variables. By interacting with our web domain, you consent to Google’s standard tracking processes.
5. Data Retention
We retain account details and license profiles for as long as your subscription is active, or as required to fulfill tax, legal, or accounting requirements. Local databases and discovered files reside completely within your local client directory. Anvil Leads has no retention or collection capabilities over your local SQLite database files; deleting the local client app permanently removes all local opportunity histories.
6. Third Party Services
Anvil Leads interfaces with third-party billing providers (e.g. Razorpay) and AI processor APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Groq, xAI). These service endpoints maintain independent privacy frameworks. When using Bring-Your-Own-Key features, your prompts, parameters, and audit summaries are routed directly to the chosen LLM endpoint and are bound by their respective data safety covenants.
7. User Rights
Under regional privacy laws (including GDPR and CCPA), you hold definitive rights regarding your personal profile records. You may request copies of your registration logs, demand correction of invalid details, or request total account termination. To invoke these legal rights, contact our privacy desk directly via mail.
8. Security
We protect credentials and session parameters using enterprise security standardizations, including SSL/TLS encryption. However, because our lead audits run locally, the safety of your extracted database arrays is determined by your local computer configuration. We recommend securing your operating system and safeguarding your local SQLite databases.
9. Policy Updates
We reserves the right to adjust this Privacy Policy as legal mandates or software parameters evolve. Any revisions will be signaled by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. We encourage visitors to review this page periodically to keep informed.
