At Anvil Leads, we want to ensure complete satisfaction with our B2B Lead Generation and Opportunity Intelligence systems. This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes your options regarding cancelling your service plans, requesting refunds for digital licenses, and resolving potential payment disputes.
2. 7-Day Refund Guarantee
We offer a **7-day money-back guarantee** for first-time subscribers of any subscription plan.
- If you are not satisfied with Anvil Leads within 7 days of your initial purchase, you may contact our billing desk to request a full refund.
- This guarantee applies only to your first subscription cycle. Subsequent monthly or yearly renewals are strictly non-refundable.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Cancellations can be made directly in the Web Dashboard under Billing Settings, or by contacting support.
- Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a cycle.
4. Refund Eligibility Criteria
To maintain fair usage of our services, refunds are subject to these limitations:
- Usage Limits: Accounts that have discovered more than 250 leads or initiated bulk AI campaigns during the first 7 days are ineligible for refunds.
- Abuse: We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect account sharing, automated extraction of our system, or overall abuse of licensing terms.
- BYOK API Costs: Third-party LLM API costs incurred through Bring-Your-Own-Key features are paid directly to your respective provider (e.g. OpenAI) and are completely outside our scope of refunds.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Before initiating a credit card chargeback or dispute, please contact our support team. We aim to settle all billing disputes amicably. Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first will result in immediate suspension of your license profile and deletion of all saved lead vaults.
6. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method (e.g., Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking) via our payment gateway. It usually takes **5 to 7 business days** for the credit to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing cycles.
